Reviews
We visited the museum because of the permanent part of the collection that contains items of the populair HBO series of the Game of Thrones, but the other rooms too are a visit worth taking. It's a shame the lady at the desk was a bit uninterested in us, she's clearly not used to deal with not native speakers. Also there's no explanation in the rooms where the paintings are, so we had to guess our way around. Despite of that we liked the museum and of course loved the rooms with the Game of Thrones items.
A mix of temporal exhibitions and space devoted to "Game of thrones". If you are fun of the serie, you'll love it! 2,5€ entrance
Very nice place, the museum itself and the Game of Throne exposition is worth visiting.
Very interesting. The hat shop was the best bit.
Game of thrones original stuff
This museum is a little gem -- particularly for those who love Game of Thrones. It features a permanent exhibition about the show, celebrating the filming of the highlight of the fifth season in the adjacent Plaza de Toros in the city. The museum shows several nice photos from the filming along with a number of artefacts the city purchased later on (and which have little links to the filming -- such as a statue of the Night King). So don't expect too much beyond a fun hour.
The museum building itself is also a treat -- lovely light and beautiful architecture (I don't spent too much time with the other exhibits, so I can't say many helpful things about them). When you pass by Osuna and love game of Thrones, stop by at the museum and the Plaza!
(It's open from 10 to 14 and from 16 to 18 during the weekend -- but make sure to check on the Internet before visiting.)
Loved this small museum for its game of thrones section but a lovely building as well with some interesting local information. Well worth the visit, as is the bullring which featured in game of thrones as the dragon put
A very nice small Museum with some of the historic facts of the region. Also, a couple of rooms dedicated to the film of Game of Thrones. Very good.
